Bring Your Ontario Health Card

To better serve you, SAH requires you to show your Ontario Health Card each time you come to the hospital to receive care or services. Your Health Card number is the best way we have to identify you and to make sure we have access to all of your necessary information. Your Health Card number is also used by the hospital to bill OHIP for some services provided.
