Tecsycon, in partnership with Sault Area Hospital, provides patients with personal bedside rental services. Our goal is to make your stay at Sault Area Hospital as comfortable as possible. Engage in personal security, convenience and connectivity to your world by communicating with family and friends, browse the internet and enjoy a multitude of entertainment choices and services. The Tecsycon network is available to connect you to everything from television to movies, radio, phone and the Internet.

Getting connected is as easy as a single touch on your bedside monitor.

Arranging for service

Option 1: Upon admittance, your Tecsycon representative will be by to collect the $5.50 Technology Fee, provide you with your telephone extension number and PIN, and activate the services. Your card, telephone extension and PIN will allow you to keep your services in the event that you are transferred. The $5.50 Technology Fee gives you a Card along with 1 day of phone activation and a $2.00 credit to any service. Click the ‘START NOW’ button on the screen and insert your card into the bottom of the unit to begin.

Option 2: Services can be activated 24/7 using a credit card by entering the patient information on the secure login page located on the bedside terminal.

Option 3: Call 1-866-924-9589 between the hours on 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday – Saturday for a representative to visit your room or to provide your information over the phone.

Payment options
